Year 4 tooth enamel observation.

Today was the day to see what affect the liquids had had on the hard boiled eggs. We found that vinegar did the most damage to the shell of the egg and the hard boiled egg no longer smelt of egg but of vinegar, it had also gone hard, shrunk and changed colour slightly. The fresh orange juice came a close second, it smelt so bad that Mrs Little was nearly sick in class! The liquid that had no affect at all was water.
