The Butterfly Cycle

This week we have been learning about the life cycle of a butterfly: the children have learnt about all the stages that happens and are now all able to tell people about what happens within it. They have also immersed themselves into our new topic book `The Very Hungry Caterpillar` and have loved listening to this and playing with the new continous provisions that link within our new topic. Such as making pretty butterfly pictures in the loose parts area and drawing beautiful paintings and pictures. overall, the children have had a great week and have learned lots of new and exciting things.
