Year 4 had a fantastic day yesterday learning all about the Romans. They learnt all about who invaded Britain, when they invaded and where they invaded. They learnt about significant Roman leaders and all about the Roman Army. They played the Roman game called 'Knucklebones', learnt about the Latin language and even wrote in Latin. In the afternoon they became soldiers and took part in army marches and battle formations.
