P.E in FS2

Today was our first time getting changed into our kits for P.E. Most of us were very independent and showed great resilience in getting changed for our gymnastics session. We used our bodies to represent lots of different shapes in the hall - 'a tucked shape', a 'wide stretched shape' and a 'tall stretched shape'. We also used some equipment and developed travelling in different ways such as jumping, crawling and stretching. The children showed excellent concentration and moved safely. 

Please remember our FS2 children need P.E kit for every Monday morning. Kits can be left at school in a bag on your child's peg. 

We are now encouraging our children to be as independent as possible! Children should be practising zipping their own coats up as well as getting dressed and undressed themselves. We can already see more and more children becoming more independent each week!
