Life Cycle of a Butterfly

The children have enjoyed sharing 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' this week - our new core text. From this we have been learning about the life cycle of a caterpillar/butterfly. We have learned about the 4 stages:

1) Egg

2) Caterpillar

3) Cocoon/Chrysalis

4) Butterfly

The children have enjoyed watching videos explaining the 4 stages of the life cycle and then drawing our own pictures to display our knowledge. Take a look at this video at home to support our learning in school:
