A fantastic start to FS1

We have had a fantastic start to FS1 this term all the children have settled in well to routines and expectations.

In FS1, over the past week, we have been very busy drawing and talking about our families and we have created some fantastic self-portraits which will be displayed in our gallery.  

We have been learning dance one of ‘Wiggle Whilst you Squiggle’ to help develop our muscles for writing.

In phonics we have been identifying different environmental sounds to help develop our listening skills.

In maths we have been learning some new counting songs – we particularly liked one about cookies.
